Cypress Health Region - Shaunavon Hospital and Care Centre
On January 13, there was an announcement on the radio that during the Norovirus outbreak the facility had more staff on duty. The workers who were on duty at the time this aired were shocked since they actually were working with less staff than on any regular day.

Wasn't only the SCA who worked short during the outbreak. Kitchen worked short staffed too. More than once.
ReplyDeleteWorking short is nothing new for employees of the CHR. It happens almost daily in one department or another.
ReplyDeleteThought everyone (who worked short out in Shaunavon during your recent outbreak) would like to know that Cypress Health Region managers were on retreat out in the Cypress Hills Provincial Park during this time frame. Just more fuel to throw on the fire!!
